A terror! In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death, taxes, and zombies. In this new-fangled electro-gamery, something wicked this way comes, and only Benjamin Franklin can save our young nation's brains!
The world's first Flash first person shooter built in Stage 3D. Did I mention that you get to be Ben Franklin, killing a horde of undead Red Coat zombies with a lightning gun?
The Challenge
We wanted to do some serious research and development into the exciting new features offered by Adobe Flash Player 11's Stage 3D while showcasing our crafty skill set. We earmarked about three weeks to conceptualize and deliver an immersive 3D game.
The Solution
We placated our shared fear of zombies and respect for America's founding fathers by conceptualizing, planning, designing and developing the world's first Flash/Stage 3D playable first-person shooter. Set in colonial America, Ben Franklin must stop a brain-thirsty horde of undead British soldiers to re-save America form tyranny.
The Success
Our own pride is perhaps our greatest return on investment... although, it doesn't hurt that the game was featured on Adobe.com, Comm Arts and numerous other industry and gaming sites. The twitter-sphere heralded it as a fun and ground-breaking piece of work and enjoyed banter from Ben Frankin's twitter handle.
